Entrusted Life in Christ: Advantage and Privilege

By Rev. Jake SantiagoOctober 25, 20261 min read

Life without God is empty, but a life entrusted to Christ has true meaning and eternal purpose.

The story

“Lord, to whom would we go? You have the words that give eternal life.” (John 6:68, NLT)

In a world full of things that do not last, Christ remains our greatest treasure and the only One who gives life its true meaning. This Sunday we were reminded from John 6:67–69 that life is a privilege entrusted to us by God, meant to be lived for His glory and eternal purpose.

No earthly treasure, wealth, or recognition can compare to the privilege of living for Him. Our lives are short, so let us invest them in what is eternal, fully trust in God, and believe in Jesus Christ, the source of our salvation.

Live for Christ, treasure what is eternal, and entrust your life to Him. A life lived for Him is never a life wasted.
